Valtellina is a land of traditional flavour, scented by its traditional products, by its suggestive landscape of uncontaminated environment and by the characteristic mountainous villages.

A territory to discover, wild, rugged and beguiling that runs for 200km to the heart of the Alps, in the North of Lombardy, between Italy and Switzerland.

From the broad valley floor to the snow-capped peaks that touch the sky, there is a string of cultivated green meadows, vineyards, apple orchards, woods, mountain pastures, high-altitude grassland and glaciers. One after the other, as far as the eye can see.

It is here in this rich varying landscape, and in a long and skillful local tradition tied to agriculture and the caring of the land, where the Valtellinese products of excellence were born.

The cheese, wines, bresaola, apples and the pizzoccheri, unique in variety and quality, today safeguarded and protected by European trademarks.
